PayPay Corporation is building a digital financial platform that provides a wide range of services extending beyond payments in a seamless manner, leveraging its network that connects both its 73 million registered users and merchants. In addition, its customer base of more than 40 million users who have completed identity verification (eKYC) represents another significant competitive advantage. Through these strengths, the company continues to steadily deepen user engagement and expand cross-utilization of financial services within the group.
Furthermore, the company has been advancing the development of its group structure with the aim of creating further synergies between the payment and financial service sectors.
