- Until a separate end date is announced on the official SoftBank website (scheduled for December 2026 or later), you can use the Flat-rate group L plan under the "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate" service for up to 31 days (744 hours) per billing month, selected in 24-hour increments. To use the "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate" service, you must access the dedicated website and complete the activation process.
- Flat-rate plan fees are exempt from consumption tax. You must be currently using an iPhone, smartphone, or SoftBank mobile phone. Any unused days at the end of a billing month cannot be carried over to the following month.
- The period available at no additional charge (hereinafter referred to as the "eligible usage period") varies depending on the eligible plan.

If you are not subscribed to "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate"
Please sign up from the dedicated web site.
- ・ Sign-up requests cannot be accepted between 11:25 pm and 12:30 am the following day (Japan Standard Time).
- ・ From 12:30 am to 5:00 am (Japan Standard Time), it may take about 30 minutes to complete the sign-up request.
- ・ Sign-up requests may not be possible at times due to system maintenance.
- ・ The maximum flat-rate fee for using "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate on the day (Japan Standard Time) that you sign up is ¥980. However, the maximum flat-rate fee of ¥980 is limited to once per billing month. For usage in areas not covered by the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" plan, standard non-flat-rate fees will apply.

At your overseas destination
Check the SMS message from SoftBank
You will receive an SMS message from SoftBank when you arrive at your overseas destination.
Access the dedicated site from the SMS message and start using the service
Select your plan on the dedicated site.
- ・ There is no fee for connecting.
- ・ A fee will be incurred when the service is started.
- ・ You can complete the activation process while connected to an overseas mobile network (please turn off Wi-Fi to proceed).
- ・ If you are using iCloud Private Relay or a VPN, turn them off before completing the activation process.
- ・ Customers using mobile data communication devices can also activate the service from here.
- ・ If you move to a country or region not included in "Flat-rate group L" after service activation, your data service will be suspended.
- ・ If the "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate" service is terminated or canceled after activation, your active plan will immediately expire upon cancellation.
- <Unlimited Global Data Roaming (1 Month)>
- ・ Although the "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate" sign-up screen will display a fee corresponding to your selected plan, no separate charges will be billed.

- ・ Although the "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate" setup screen will display a fee corresponding to the eligible usage period, no separate charges will be billed for the duration of that eligible usage period.

The provision of this service will terminate on the day any of the following conditions are met:
- (1) If you change to a data plan that is ineligible.
- (2) If "Global Roaming Service" is canceled.
- (3) If the SoftBank line is terminated due to cancellation or any other reason(including MNP or number transfer).
- (4) If you sign up for the Keep My Number Service.
- While subscribed to "Data Share Plus," you can use this service if the data flat-rate service applied to the primary line is an eligible data plan. However, it cannot be used on secondary lines.
- This service is provided by preferentially connecting to overseas carriers designated by SoftBank. Customers may not be able to manually select certain overseas carriers as their connection destination.
- Customers who transfer a large amount of data within a certain time period may have their data speed limited. In addition, traffic information is collected, analyzed, and stored for each data transfer to improve network quality, and restrictions may be applied to data transfers separately specified by SoftBank.

- During the applicable period of the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" service, you can use this service at no additional charge for up to the number of days in a single billing month.

The provision of this service will terminate on the day any of the following conditions are met:

- As long as it is within the remaining eligible usage period at the time of sign-up for the "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate," the eligible usage period for that month will be applied even if the usage period of the selected plan crosses over the last day of the billing month. Furthermore, if the usage period of the selected plan exceeds the remaining eligible usage period at the time when signing up for the plan, this service cannot be used for the portion of the period that exceeds it.
- During the applicable period of the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" service, the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" service can also be used for up to a maximum of 3 days or 5 days according to the eligible data plan that the customer is subscribed to.
- If the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" service is used beyond the eligible usage period, the amount for the exceeded portion will be billed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" service.
<Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate>
- If a customer starts using the plan and cancels their SoftBank line on the same day (Japan Standard Time), the flat-rate fee for the plan will not apply, and the flat-rate fee for "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" or data usage fees not subject to the flat-rate fee will apply.
- Once you start using the plan, it cannot be canceled.
- "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" is not applied when "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate" is applied.
- Due to circumstances of overseas carriers, the country you are traveling to may differ from the country displayed on the web site screen.
- Customers who wish to use the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" service must cancel the "Worry-free Global Roaming Flat Rate" service from here.
- This service is provided by preferentially connecting to overseas carriers designated by the SoftBank. Customers may not be able to manually select certain overseas carriers as their connection destination.
- You can cancel this service at My SoftBank. The cancellation will take effect from 12:00 am midnight (Japan Standard Time) following the time the application is accepted. The remaining time in the plan will become unavailable at the same time. After the cancellation, the flat-rate data fees and non-flat-rate data fees of the "Global Roaming Packet Flat Rate" service will apply.
